If the above link does not work, you can get it from chip.de. Open the following page in browser (copy n paste):

Click big blue button “Zum Download” and you will be directed to new page. At new page, click on “Download-Server CHIP Online” and your download will start after opening a new page in same window. (If for some reason, download does not start automatically, again click on big blue button “Zum Download” at this last opened page). Download F-Secure IS 2010 and save it. (This is English installer).
2: Now go to following web page and register your email for a 3 months full commercial license (copy n paste). See picture [P1] for better understanding.
